AQUACULTURE EQUIPMENT FOR SALE
The Montgomery County Extension District Board has the following aquaculture equipment for sale via sealed bid. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Inter Net bird netting: 1/4" mesh, 103 inches wide, 3,000 feet long, still in plastic wrap; 1/4" mesh, 33.5 inches wide, approx 3,000.
4 plastic water tanks with biofilters and stands, mesh strata, & heaters used for shrimp juvenile production. Tanks are 8 feet wide and 5 feet 4 inches deep with added taper for draining. Each is on a metal angle-iron stand.
3 plastic water tanks with flat bottoms. Tanks are 8 feet wide and 5 feet deep.
2 Sweetwater Brand air pumps, model S631, 3.5 hp, 230 v single phase. Only one was used for two seasons raising shrimp juveniles, the other is unused.
Biofilter balls. Three unopened cases and three 55 gallon trash cans–one full; two 2/3 full.
