iPod

Few people recognized the educational possibilities for the iPod when it was develped by Apple and thought of only as a portable music player.

KSU's Division of Aquaculture places five video-based online courses on the iPod and other handheld devices so students can study wherever or whenever they choose.

With portable handheld devices, travel, jobs and parental responsibilities become less of a hindrance in earning college credits.
